We can refer you to Architects and Engineers that specialize in Log Home design and Structural Engineering to ensure your dream home or cabin will last a lifetime.

Once you have your floorplans and views in hand we can sign the contract and begin the process of constructing your log shell here in our yard, while you or your General Contractor moves ahead with your foundation and awaits the arrival of your Log home or Log Cabin. Generally included in the cost of your Log Home or Log Cabin shell is one or more on site technical advisors for the complete re-erecting of your log home, however it is not uncommon for a homeowner to handle this part of the process themselves. The logs are numbered and tagged before disassembly and a basic 4 corner shell can be re-erec
Generally included in the cost of your Log Home or Log Cabin shell is one or more on site technical advisors for the complete re-erecting of your log home, however it is not uncommon for a homeowner to handle this part of the process themselves. The logs are numbered and tagged before disassembly and a basic 4 corner shell can be re-erected in 2 to 3 days depending on the size. We are open to any scenario that you want to include in your contract and have never had any two buildings play out the same. It is a custom building as well as a custom experience from start to finish.

Over the years and based on overall customer satisfaction the majority of our final plans are drawn up by RCM Cad Design. They offer years of experience dedicated to the Log Home industry and work first hand with both the builder and the client to ensure gratifying end results. They incorporate and provide 3d walkthrough software and files for each plan they do making it easy to visualize your end product, and make changes along the way as you see fit. We can offer quotes on any of their stock plans of which they have an abundance. So if your undecided check out their site for a vast list of sizes from 165 square feet to 20,000.

A Fusion style build that incorporated a half loft and set of log stairs with with railing. This beauty was designed right here in our office one night over a cup of coffee and some good laughs. Click the pic to go see the floor. We nailed the customers expectations and were able to have the full set drawn up with little to no changes to meet Engineering standards. Coming in at 1500 square feet of living space this 4 bed 2 bath makes a perfect lakeside cabin or full time home. The Rebellion : A Full Log Style Traditional Log Home
Here we have a plan currently going through the planning stages. Started off turning the "Bee Hive" one of our in house designs into a full log style and incorporating some aspects the customers wanted to keep intact. By visiting us we were able to sort through the aspects they were looking for in a couple hours and take it from there. Once the final plan is done we will update it on the plans page with some 3d renders and walkthrough shots.

This lake lover's dream home has been a collaborative effort over the past three years, and we're thrilled to help this longtime customer's vision come to life. It's been an amazing journey so far, and we can't wait to begin construction right here in our yard.
